i was over the weekend and had noticed that around here, almost everyone is shooting a cocker and hardly anything else. i felt a bit out of place with my angel fly.. is it a trend?

Just go with the one and only Angel they are the best markers around many thanks to WDP for making such well made markers just look at the sig cheers guys

Think folk are using cockers, coz they been around for so long, iam lucky enough to own an eblade and a speed (wife does not know about the speed yet ), probably the best markers i have ever used maybe except a timmy. Cockers are renound as being an acurate platform so many players buy them for that, also light weight, angels are somewhat heavier..... as for the angel, renound for its tidyness, and sheer volume of paint chucking capability !!!!

can anyone tell me if it is true that angel is a british company ? if so i will love mine even more !

Yes! Angels are British! Nothing that good can be anything other than British. They're made by WDP, who're based in Birmingham - although you can't really fault them for that.
