i need to sell all my kit help!

i did paint ball for about a year a couple of years ago and i still have all my kit, but is not being used and i want to release the cash in it to put into other hobbies, i don't want to get banned from here by speed posting as i know looking at rules that wont help me, what the best way to get by stuff up on here??

i wish i did, unfortunately lost all contact with the chaps i did it with when i moved for work and thats the reason i haven't done it for so long :S
