The site seems very slow at the moment, I assume because of massive traffic. The poster seems to only put up sensible stuff(product details, interviews,etc), so maybe he does have a good source.

I am sure the the details of this allegation will come out shortly.

If i had to bet money on one company never going bust its smart parts they have there fingers in many patent pies and sponsoring teams like dynasty and producing markers like the ion i doubt they will go out of buisness

Id go the opposite way, they have so many lawsuits going theyve run out of money to sue everyone

Could be down to the current economic climate.

Not to mention their new impulse, the teams they sponser, their recent involvement in the G.I Milsim and the .50 cal revolution.

Plenty of large companies who are used to having high cash flow find it difficult to downsize during a recession. e.g. sponsoring too many teams with too much money, developing new markers. Perhaps the bill at the end was just too much.....

DLX as I understand it is a totally seperate company so should be safe. Although depending on what happens they will probably have to find someone else to make the markers. Assuming they hold the patents on the LUXE design
