I would say that either a Pure Energy, Nitroduck, Crossfire or the new style Bulldog screw in nitro regs would be your cheapest way to go. Look to see which of them you can get the best price on. I used a Nitroduck screw in for 2 years and liked it, then recently have gone with a Pure Energy and similarly gotten good results.
