am not certain whitch part you have glued..
If its the trigger adjustment nut, heres what to do

well, to be honest, Another Allen key might be worth trying..
(unless its the trigger grub nut thats rounded...)

But if its not, here is what i suggest, taking the trigger off your Ion with the Grub nut still firmly glued in place :p
Soak the trigger in hot water for a few hours, (obviously you will need to change the water) and then, with a fresh unrounded allen key, try to remove the nut..

Failing that, you could try and drill it out, but thats awkward without a bench drill, and would probably knacker the trigger..

hi james, can you be a little more specific dude?

Also, do you mean the trigger pin that keeps it attached to the Ion Gripframe???

You can get superglue remover though, its good stuff, not sure if it would draw the solvents outa the plastic though..

Are you talking about the pin that the trigger actually pivots on? That's not an allen key and the way you get it out is to use a punch from the right-hand side of the frame? Basically, you just twat it one, but let's make sure we're talking about the same part before you do it, eh..?
