You get this every now and then on the PC when you come across a hacked game but I have heard of it on the Xbox
I have done a speed game, that was strange and gave me a headache.
No that wasn't viral and only worked when a certain person was host.
Bolter: Its not normal to be that powerful, nor is it normal to fly, the chopper gunner appears normal but was stupidly powerful.

I was in an XBL lobby where one guy could choose the map he wanted, make it so people only have one clip of ammo and call in a nuke whenever he wanted
He called one in after two minutes of play time. Damn hackers.
Chopper gunner seems about the same power as usual, it's a real beast on wasteland, there's nowhere to hide
