hyper 2 - paint?

there is paint in the grooves between the parts on my hyper 2 regulator, do i need to take it apart and clean it, or will it be okay? it was firing fine with the paint in the grooves.

It'll be fine but i had that in my ego reg, just poked the mud out gently with a small allen key or a ****tail stick.

Hyper2's work great by all accounts. If it aint broke dont try and fix it

The o-rings will keep the paint out until the next time you strip and clean it, in the meantime just let the paint dry then brush it out with an old toothbrush
