Hydro Testing?

Hey, sorry for this but I just bought a second hand air tank and it needs to be Hydro Tested. Where can I get this done? I live In Norwich UK! Also does the test cover you for 5 years? Cheers.

Is lips the only place in the uk for hydro testing? It's always nice to shop around!
