Hybrid ego grips compatibility?

Hi, I have just been looking on planets stie for hybrid grips and they either have ego grips or 45 grips. are the ego grips basically the same as any other type of 3 screw grips? like on trix's etc.? I'm guessing they are but thought I would check first.

They are Ego specific, although I have seen eblades with hybrid grips on there too.

Trixes have a differant hole configuration for the grips, so are not interchangeable with Egos.
