got it for christmas but when i went to play it in my DVD player it played (sort off) - it booted up but the title screen with flickering all over the screen.

it did the same on a pc dvd and a ps2 could not even read the disk.

is my disk busted or is the dvd produced in a different region than 2 as it does not say so on the box.

where was the disk from? have you checked for scratches or dirt? just give it a wipe with a soft cloth gently and see if that helps.

sounds as if you have a duff disc,there could be a number of reasons for it not playing,if you have cleaned it well,and it still will not read then i would suggest you return it .
i was going to suggest you cleaned the lens on your dvd standalone ,but as you have said it will not read on your PC or PS2 either.

Several of my paintball DVDs are.

It sounds to me like you got a duff disk.

Planet r top blokes if it is fecked you will get a replacement no bother.
