
the mask complies in words only. it has not been tested by any verfied party to the intended safety spec of the ASTM, including impact and durability tests.
the mask itself was never designed for paintball or even intended for paintball, more for airsoft where there is no ASTM safety standards.
more to the point like said before, insurance would be void if an incident occured. and id hazard a guess you yourself could be held liable for selling it to said person, knowing that it is not a paintball mask verified by the ASTM to their standards.
