Ive placed and order with these guys and got an order number back from them but they didnt take any money from my account.

So thinking it was a problem at my end i've replaced the order agin recieving a order number but havent heard anything back

I was just wondering if anyone else had placed an order or dealit with these guyshttp://www.smartpartspaintball.co.uk/

Well if they've gone belly up at least they haven't taken your money!
That's one way to look at it anyway

Then what ever you were after, contact Lips and ask if they can order whatever was in for you

Yes i believe they stock luxes (if thats what yout after) if you give them a colour theyll order it for you

I ordered a full Freak Kit from them back in Janurary and didn't have any problems, although they didn't send out an email to tell me it had been shipped. I just got the order confirmation and it turned up a few days later.

When did you place your order? Because bear in mind that unless it's an actual bank transfer the cash won't leave your account instantly, they'll just check that you have enough to pay for it and that money will be earmarked so that you can't spend it on anything else before the transaction has a chance to complete. I've actually had it happen that the thing I've brought has been delivered before the money has left my account haha. If you say you placed a second order you might just end up with two lots.

You may find that they do not take the money until just prior to shipping.

This is how I run my web store.

The payment page only preauthorises the amount.

Normally, this happens on sites that do not keep live stock details.

For example, the website says it is in stock but they don't have what you want...
