Hpac Testing

Thought I read on here that they wern't testing them anymore...
Something to do with some sort of licence required.

From what I've heard they are around £30, but i don't know if that includes postage. Take it to lips and have a chat with them in there. They're the ones that told me Hpac had stopped due to licencing the testing procedure for a nonprofitable amount of money!!!!

hpac are testing bottles again. test price is £23.50, not too sure about p&p. If you leave it at an event don't have to pay p&p.

Spoke to them a couple of days ago and a test works out at just under £26 including VAT, with return postage being £14. However, they will pick up/drop off from any events they are doing the air at.
