Nope you can't the most you will get from scuba tank is around 3500 psi maybe a little more but not 4500 psi, thats why people buy the Genisis from Air America to pump up the last bit

The highest easiest available commercially tank you can buy is a 300 bar bottle

edited to correct a mistake on the company who supplys the Genisis

ok, being a paintballer and a scuba diver (not both at the same time tho :D ) maybe i can help out a bit.
BAR is the pressure measurement used by divers for the following reason (physics alert)
ok at the surface pressure is at 1 atmosphere (or 1 bar). if you descend below the water 10 metres the pressure acting on you is 2 atmospheres (or 2 bar). this relationship continues as you descend.
paintballers (and almost everyone else in the worls) use psi to talk about pressure as thats more convenient for us (the numbers are bigger so it is easier to say that a shot takes 6psi of pressure than 0.001 bar (for example).
when paintballers started to use compressed air they quickly worked out that scuba tanks were the easiest and cheapest way to move compressed ari about. this is where the problem started. hence all the problems people have working out between bar and psi. for reference 100psi is about the same as 14 bar. a "standard 12 litre" scuba tank will take about 320bar which is 4500psi but isn't normally filled to that pressure.

anyway hopefully that helped you a bit. all the theory has come out of the PADI dive textbook so hopefully it's accurate

An island in the rain
A local scuba store should be able to refill it for u for a couple of quid every time it runs out. U can probably find a local one in the yellow pages.

Just for reference (on average this is, obviously some guns use more air than others depending on setup etc.):

A 4500 psi tank will deliver approx. 15 shots per cubic inch.
i.e. A 68ci tank = 1020 shots
An 88ci tank = 1320 shots
A 114ci tank = 1710 shots

A 3000 psi tank will get you approx. 10 shots per ci.

i.e. A 68ci tank = 680 shots
An 88ci tank = 880 shots
A 114ci tank = 1140 shots

Using that you can probably figure out how big a scuba tank you may need, depending on how much u shoot and how often u need to refill ure tank.

Hope that's helpful :D

A Genisis is a set of manually operated pumps that you hand crank to get the desired tank pressure not cheap by any means so it is only for a team to buy together or for a site operator go to the Air America (typo on first post) site to have a look (will say very little infact no details just a pic)
Site here

You will get 4500 fills from the big tournaments cos they have the equipment to pump that high...oh and now an american company has brought out a 5000psi system !!!

As a previous post has said the 12 litre scuba tank will give you a 4500 psi but as they don't fill the tanks to the "top" as such you will get fewer high rated fills and if you fill your tank from empty you will get even fewer fills, use one tank to get some air in then top up with the other tank, it's not ideal trying to explain filling procedure in words, better to be shown
some time ago the boys from Planet were using huge fibre wrapped tanks, looked like 20 litre in size but I hate to think how much they cost also I have no idea if they were 232bar or 300 bar ...probably 232 but I really don't know. At the time no one was using 4500 systems
