Nice vid on filling.
I would have added a couple of things on first checking the source pressure, and a bit more stressing to keep the fill going slowly.
Pressure to fill from the right fill station / cylinder (If 4500 fills are available, but as you said it's directed at your site so applicable to that fill system)
(Of course it is possible to fill a 3000 cylinder from a 4500 scuba source, which is theoreticaly preferable to get consistently full fills - but only with great care to not overfill so not recommended - or with a regulated rig)
Slow fills directed at the old method of fast filling for convenience, which led to over heating and contributed to failures at fill stations in the past
And the slower the fill, the lower the temperature and less pressure lost when the cylinder cools
