I have heard that with the pmi reg you can unscrew the top bit and put in a differant spring to make it low pressure. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was true and where to get the springs from or if you guys have any.

They do, and it's been answered here before.
Plus you could either wait more than 30 minutes before demanding an answer or using the search yourself.
