Hp or Lp Proto SLG 08?

hi, need to know if i should get a high pressure or low pressure tank and why?

The proto runs on a HP tank mate.

And the reason why? because thats how proto designed it.

Yes mate you need a tank fitted with a High pressure reg.

You can actually use either Hi or Low pressure regs,it doesn't matter which.

so i need a HP tank (not LP) and either a low pressure or high pressure reg?? whats the difference between the regs?? surely if i put on a LP reg it will be a low pressure tank??

Is that all proto's or just the SLG Gassy?

Was sure Proto recommended HP for their markers?, even though i know you can get away with using LP on most HP markers with out it causing any issues.

tanks are either 3000psi or 4500psi which is the pressure they can be filled to.

Regs are usually 450 psi low pressure 800psi Hi pressure,this is the output pressure.

If you can afford it get a 4500psi bottle with either reg on it.

If you cannot get a 3000psi bottle with either reg on it.

The matrix's will run on either with no problems at all.

I have used a dm5/6 and pm5,6,7 and 8 all on an LP output bottle

I even ran my NYX vintage matrix on the LP ouput bottle

It's the Reg that makes it HP or LP mate, the bottle has nothing to do with the pressure output.

You can get a 3000psi or 4500psi bottle, this is just a measurement of the bottles volume.
