HP/LP for Angel A1?

Will an Angel A1 run on HP? I read somewhere that they do.

Angel 1's are more efficient, and were designed for LP.

There is a mod that can be done to the mini-reg for proper HP use, but this will have an effect on the efficiency.

Also, if you use a CP reg you can use HP.
