there are probebly better barrels for the same price or cheaper, knowing dye who totaly overprices everything, just because the excel has dye before it doesnt mean its nessarily that good

Quite the contrary, you probably couldn't find a better barrel for the 98 for the price of the Xcel. It is a very good barrel, and cheap. They're a great upgrade for a 98

Statistics? What do you want, a trajectory test of every barrel in the $30-$50 price category? I've used ALOT of cheaper barrels on my 98 (CP, 32* Taso, and a few others), and the Xcel has outperformed all of them. Those are my statistics

Dye Excel

Never used one on a M98, but ran one on my inferno in 12" form.

very well made, good polishing and good performance. Great barrel for the money.

Other suggestion might be a smart parts teardrop, very good barrel.
