How to qualify for NPPL & Millennium Series?

Dear all,

Apologies for sounding "green", but may I know what are the qualifications to participate in the NPPL & Millenium Series??

Regarding the divisions, is there anything we need to do to qualify for division 3?

Some sites mentioned about division 4 around the Utah paintball forum and also some mentioned about division A in the UK paintball scene.

So for us Malaysians, do we need any prior qualifications before entering division 3 in NPPL & Millennium Series?
