You could do that ... but it will only help your game a little bit.

What I would do is: Have a couple of warm up games with a quick turn around. Then start into some drills, 3on2's 3on1's snap shooting etc. You can do drills for hours. there are tons of things you can do to work on individule and team skills. I'm not going to waste my time going in deopth on all of them here ... especially when I could get paid to to the same thing in a mag or something :D

then play a few more games at the end with the rest of your paint.

#1 thing. Keep it safe and keep it fun. If it's not, you'll loose players interest ... or eyes ...

Well, there isn't anywhere around here you can just take a field to do drills for hours :(

I mostly do shooting drills at home and just try to get as many games as possible in at the field.

Training

Well i would run my practice/training days from a paintball site!
This should mean you can train all day safely, and possibly, catch a few new members.
You might also find the site operator, could sponsor you!!

You need to do more than just play.
Drills are more important, and you will learn faster.
One other thing, try and get some other local team to practice against. If they are better than you, watch and learn from them.

yeh dont just play cuz you might be doing something wrongthen you might get you into bad habits that means you do bad so your team loses, by doing drills and doing them correctly then you will get good habits

also ask your team how they want to practise, doing hundereds of drills might be good practise but theres no point doing it if your teamates dont want to, they will soon not want to practise.

i reckon the best practise you can get if your a tournament playing team is to simply play more tournaments, ring up all the sites and get them to notify you if they have anything on rather than just playing in a league.
