How to make feedback threads?

Hi guys,

I hope this is in the right place! (sorry if its not) Basically I've made a few sales, and want to start a feedback thread. Do you need to be a platinum member to do this? Or is there another way to do it?

Some try to get around it by leaving feedback back as visitor messages,which we will be deleting on sight so I wouldn't bother.

Pay for platinum status.
