You won't be able to pm anyone till you reach 20 posts and then 2weeks after that, kinda like a probation period.
Ok man thanks, I was told to pm someone and spent like 30 mins trying to figure it out
If it's of uber importance you pm somebody and you don't want to wait the 20post/2week wait you can upgrade your account to platinum which will give you instant access and classified access too.
Just go into your settings and click upgrade account.
