How to give feedback

I was just wondering how on earth i can give somebody feedback, i have tried ,in my eyes, everything but it keeps saying:

So im guesssing i dont have enough privileges yet because of my limited posts/membership/not long enough member?

I have bought something here, and would really like to give the seller some positive feedback,

you see the top right number under my post count for feedback are you using that ?

Hmm, it works when i try to give you feedback,

but the person i want to give feedback it wont work, or does he need to have a membership aswell?

is that member a Plat ? if not then no, the feedback system only works for Plats, its part of the benefit for those members

Is there then an option to give feedback another way?
