If there is water in between the 2 elements of your lens then the seal is probably breached, or you dunked it in water to clean it, standing it upright to drain and then putting it in a warm place (airing cupboard) will probably clear it. Though you may get some spots between the 2 panes where the water has dried and as the seal isn't likely to be effective anymore it is possible it will steam up in use between the two.
Either way this will effect the practicality of the lens and the effectives of the goggle system, therefore the best solution will be to contact your Dye retailer for a shiny new one, at less than the price of a box of paint and making the difference between being able to play or not, it's the only sensible thing to do really.
