and are 114's uncomfortable? i hear they're overly bulky.

it also depends on the efficientcy of you gun, some guns will get more out of it than others

I get about 700 - 750 on a 47ci 3000 psi tank on my Inferno Terminator T3 with the stock 10 inch Hellfire Barrel.

550 shots using a 14 inch All American, need to screw the velocity adjuster about 2 turns to get the same fps.

Not very comfortable, long and fat. Then again it will depend on the gun, drop, balance and position you play as well as the way you pefer to shoot.

Is a 114 ci 4500 psi fiber wrapped tank that much heavier than say a 47ci 3000 psi steel tank ?

IMHO, my experience is that all this is as much a matter of individual preference....and the comfort can vary as much by a drop forward that suits both the marker and how the individual holds the marker as with the weight...

A small muscle burn in the end of a good day out is kinda OK too, but YMMV
