How do you wash a Bounce vest?

I turn mine inside out and get the mrs to wash it..

That way if she mucks up i get to blame her for wrecking my gear..

But yep i wash mine inside out and on 30

wash it with all the Velcro you have in your possession, battle pack, Velcro shoes (re lumps post) in fact throw a few rolls of the tacky stuff in. then wash it on a 50degree wash and tumble dry with aforementioned Velcro.
