I wouldn't do it yourself just take it to planet or smart parts or whatever and get them to fit it.

Its a simple process.
You take the valve off of the tank
the siphon replaces the screw in the bottom of the valve.
before you put the valve back onto the tank screw the valve into the gun. Thats the place where the valve rests so you then bend the tube up at about 35 to 45 degrees. This keeps the liquid from going into the tube. You can then place the valve back onto the tank. Put about 3 to 4 drops of red locktight onto the threads and make sure the valve is snug.
You are now in business and ready to play

Come to think of it, your right. I havn't recalled seeing a tank for sale with Anti Siphon on it. I saw a 20oz tank with Anti Siphon on it that sold for $23 on eBay. But like you said, it would be really hard to find one. I guess they come every now and then. :)

IGNORE EVERYTHING YOU'VE BEEN TOLD SO FAR.

installing an anti siphon tube youself is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. get it done by a trained professional dont risk it yourself

I am an experienced airsmith so I can tell you that it is not hard and YES IT CAN BE DONE BY YOURSELF but there isnt much point to it.

Let me ask you why you want that? what it will do is keep the liquid CO2 from going into the gun.......HOWEVER, the only way it works iis if you keep your gun level....if you tilt your gun then you will get more CO2 into your gun then if you didnt have the anti siphon tube in it.

My suggestion would be to get an good quality expansion chamber like a 4 or 6 stage.........does a much better job keeping the liquid out of the gun than the tube.

But if you have to have the tube then follow these instruction to a tee.

you will need a strap wrench, regular screw driver, locktight and a vise.

screw the tank onto the gun as it is and make a mark on the tank and the valve for alignment. note the mark must be made as the gun is level (for shooting).

next place the valve into the wrench and secure it firmly in place. secure the strap wrench onto the tank and remove the tank from the valve. on the bottom of the valve should be a set screw that you will need to remove from the valve, this is where you place the tube. make sure when you secure the tube you use locktight on the thresds and you line up the tube nozel with the alignment marks.

then place locktight on the threads of the tank and resure the valve to the tank, making sure that you align your two marks.

then you are done. donot place air in the tank for at least 24 hours as it is airtight and the cold from the CO2 will not cure the locktight correctly.

now your done

No way cos it would not line up correctly with which ever bottom line you are using...thread pitches are not an exact science at least when it comes to bottle threads
A previous post explaining how to do it is right (what the problem with doing it yourself is I don't know) (you SHOULD remove valves when flying ...loads of us do that so removing a bottle from a valve isn't a "dark art") just make sure there is NO gas in the bottle and away you go. Only go to a shop if you are unsure of how to do it and if it goes wrong you have someone to blame.
As for expansion chambers not such a bad idea (never found one that totally worked but hey go ahead) (would work pretty well on any marker)
Also "HOWEVER, the only way it works is if you keep your gun level" THIS IS THE SAME FOR AN EXPANSION CHAMBER.
All markers will draw liquid if you point at the ground and keep pulling the trigger !! The mere nature of using a paintball marker means you tend to have it basically level WHEN FIRING !!!
Failing all this grief you could always go and spend more money and buy an Air system this will stop most all your problems...of course then you will need a secondary regulator (don't buy a fixed output air system only cos you will change it later on anyway so spend now to save later) other than repairing the new hole in your wallet thats all you need to do.
