how do i get a pic under my name ??

To put another name or phrase under your user name you click on user setting then click edit profile then in the box called custom text fill in the box and then save the changes (box at the bottom) all done then
so if you want to be a superstar or a dork you can choose but you won't be a rookie member anymore
And to put a pic up click user settings and then edit options it is called a avatar (at the bottom) you will need a SMALL pic the pixel size it needs to be is in the settings...as long as you know where the small pic is on your pc you then just fill in the address (url) on your pc where it is it. the pic doesn't have to remain on your pc as it is actually put on the p8 servers.
All done then...as it most probably gonna get edited don't put a semi naked pic of a woman up cos it won't last very long.
