i know this is normally the answer, but have you tried a new battery??
team i used to play for had shockers and this happened a bit as well.
alternatively, i'd ring smart parts and ask them what to do.

yeah i changed the battery! does anyone know if shockers are quite sensitive to weather cause im now at home just tried it, and no problems? could be a one off maybe?

Make sure all the orings on the bolt and bolt guide are well greased. But not too well greased because that can cause problems too. How much grease you need will be down to the tolerances in your particular shocker.

For example, I had a RL NXT shocker here, where the grooves for the bolt guide orings were cut too deep, so after about 50 shots the orings would lose their grease and therefore their ability to seal. The solution was to use Dow 55 (proper oring grease) to fatten up the seals.

FSDO is caused by orings being too sticky rather than not sealing, so that wont work in your case.

After giving it a thorough greasing check your board settings and increase the Anti Bolt stick setting (if it has one) and/or the dwell.
