I have this great idea that I want to sell Richmond Italia to make X-Ball more exciting but I need to copyright it first. How do I do this? Anyone know?

Speak to a solicitor. I think what you have to do is prove that you thought of the idea before someone else did. I assume you're worried that if you go and tell him, he'll do it without paying you any commission? You can register a letter with a solicitor for safekeeping, and if it transpires that someone stole your idea, you have it officially documented with a legal professional.
Tony - don't forget Micah is from the US & I gather their copyright/IPR laws are somewhat different from ours.
It may be a good idea to go anyway, just for advice.
