No matter what option I use to reply to that post it won't allow me to type anything. Can someone tell what's up? Is it locked or something? But there have been a few new post to it so what gives?

Rooster, goto the thread then reply, scroll to the right until you see the box. It should be ok.
Someone typed lots of ............................ which made the whole thing scroll horizontal.
