Yep that's the only way that I know how to get stuff from a video, have a sound recorder that'll record the wave input and then be able to save it. I had something that came with my sound card as it's a Creative, but it's bundled software so I canny get the installer to you. There will be loads of things out there that'll do it for free. If you then want to convert the wav file to an mp3 (as wav's can be large) then use dBpoweramp which is free and utterly excellent.Dskize said:i dont know if thats possible mate ..i dont think you will be able to seperate the audio track (timeline) .I would think you would have to use an audio recorder and record the audio digitaly (in real time) then save it as a wave .
You have PM...would liek the portion as a WAV if possible!danrandon said:skeet whats the size of the video as i can extract the audio to an mp3 for you which you can then convert to wav. Thats the beauty of macs!
either that or email me a link to the video and i'll do the job for you. mind you it will cost you a fun size snickers
as long as i can find out the format it shouldn't be a problem
