Is Xball staying at 8 franchises, it been reported to be 10 which would also mean no major name need miss out?

PSP look like they'll be left holding the baby on this one. 7man look the unifying format. Plus 7 man is better training for 5 man than 10 so looks like a better Xball breeding ground.
