I don't know about their top tourney end paint, but Strike tends to be a bit on the small side. Sometimes i have to do boring stuff like record pole and seam measurements at work and looking back over the records from a while ago the smallest size was .673 and the largest is .684 with an average of about .681.
Hovid varies from batch to batch like other paints, but we've had no problems with it. The site paint tends to be on the hard side and the fill is quite thin, but that's ideal for site use as obviously site guns on co2 are harder on the paint than tourney markers. Tbh hovid have made some of the most perfectly round rec paintballs i've seen this year!
yeah, we'll i've used hovid befor it is it goos paint, it's quite cheap too. reason i was asking is because with my old low end marker i had a teardrop barrel,, which i understand are .689 bore, and the hovid paint rolled through them, but with a bit of a snug fit, but now i have a high end, i just wanted to know so i can make sure i have the right insert...if any of that actually made any sense
