Hotel at Campaign

Called up Hotel Campanile today and wanted to book rooms there. The price on millenniums webpage said 52 pounds for a doubleroom. They wanted 65 pounds when I called. When I refered to the millennium webpage she said that 52 pounds was the normal rate. Have millennium fixed discount price to go up???

Then I tried to call Travellodge and that number wasen´t in use anymore and there was no email to contact them..

Have anyone else had similar experience? Are there anyother hotels nearby the site?

Travelodge Basildon's phone number should work, if it doesn't ill fix it tomorrow. 0871 984 6008 = hotel number

I think you'll find that the hotel information listed on the MS website is the same as last year. I have mentioned it to the MS.

Apparently as soon as Basildon was confirmed a few teams booked hotels direct to ensure getting on the Festival Park and soon they were close to capacity - then no deals could be made with them.

You might be lucky with some of the codes as some major chains keep the codes in tehir system and they remain valid.
