on my spyder their is a lot of gass that comes back up the feed neck and slows my rate of fire without choping. iv poked some holes in the vert elbo ill see if that helped but is their a bolt of some sort that will solve this

make sure your bolt is fully lubed, and check all the or-rings on it, that could be you problem

and the hopper even when good and tight would pop up and fall off (that wasnt a good thing happened twice today whilst playing too)

even with a lubed bolt it still did that

are the o-rings all right?? you could try lowering your input presure/reduce velocity a bit as well, might help.

not sure if there is such a thing as dwell or timing on spyders, but if there is, leave the valve open for longer and lower the operating presure, that would work perfectly

nope cant time a spyder. but you can use different main springs

try a softer main spring then, and lower your pressure/velocity

There's not a great deal u can do about this on Spyders - the gas has to push the bolt back and recock the gun as well as fire the ball, so as the bolt moves backwards, there is still gas coming from it. Naturally, some of it goes up the feedneck.
Some Spyders have an angled-feed body that have a vent on the side that allows this gas to escape, and the angle helps prevent the gas from blowing the balls back around the bend.

i can get sombody to drill some holes in the feed neck ( angle them inwards) for gas to escape soonerand not pudh the paint back up the tube
