Hopper??

V-locity with Hyperdrive chip,Rotor or Prophecy...which one and why?..I'm looking for personal views here.
I'm currently using the v-locity...thanks..

I've had a short go with a rotor and a prophecy and the prophecy was a bit confusing but the rotor was lush. Y not stick to ur vlocity as there's no point gettin a really flash hopper as a £60 halo will feed faster than ur gun needs unless u play when it's on fully auto or ramping and still the halo does fine. With the rotor ur mostly paying for the brand and the quick disessemble which isn't nesessary

Have to disagree with you there mate. Halo's are good hoppers, like any other hopper, but they rely on eyes. If you get a chop or break in the breech of your marker, you would most likely get paint up into the feedneck where the eyes are. There is also a chance of fragile paint breaking inside your hopper, wether it be from loading paint during play, or running and diving with less than a hopper full of paintballs , Dirty or blocked eyes = no worky. Rotor does'nt use eyes.
If any of the above happens half way through your day, i would rather have a tooless hopper which i can take apart within literally seconds to clean out.
Kit needs to be looked after, cleaned down and maintained in top condition regularly. Having to take out 7/8 screws , fiddling around with the raceway and shell to take apart/put back together can be time consuming. The Rotor was built on simplicity, no more worn rusty bearings, drive belt stretched and slipping, plus the fiddly spring under the drive cone.

Rotor is lightweight and very robust, plus only 3 AA needed, batteries last much longer, less energy used, long term savings is enough to pay the extra for a rotor.

I've opted for the Rotor,even though I liked the vlocity I didn't like the battery useage.
Tried the Halo not a fan and the Prophecy reminded me too much of the Pulse..which I also tried.
Got really good reviews everytime I asked about the Rotor.

Rotors are beautiful but just too insanely overpriced for me. Even 2nd hand they are an arm and a leg. If you can justify the cost then i say go for them.
