Although this rarly happens i do occasionaly break a ball due to it being the last out of the hopper. It only happens with brittle paint or cold days (so the next 3 or so months:( ) when its the last ball out of my hopper. I usualy make sure that i load before i'm empty and that sorts the problem but does anyone have any ugrades or ideas to help stop the problem with a reloader B?

make sure you reload before your hopper becomes empty. you rarely or never see pros with a fully empty hopper. no upps needed now :)

Depending on marker and board you can possibly try one of the Spitfire chips from Lucky:) Once the last few balls are being fed in such a way that there's no ball stack and they are just rolling down the neck then there's nothing the hopper can do to change how they arrive in the breech so upgrading that won't help:(
The Spitfire software checks the eye signals and increases the ball in place delay when the flow of balls from the hopper becomes less regular. There's a video out there showing the Lucky Ion/Vlocity combo shooting to empty with no chops, so maybe give that a go?

Its because the eye logic on your board is dumb. It cannot differentiate between a ball loaded under tension or one loaded by gravity.
So the built in eye delays are a compromise, designed to give satisfactory results in both situations. Effectively giving you slower response than possible when balls are loaded under tension, and a faster response than required when balls are loaded under gravity.

Oops beaten to it by Olly. ;)
