First the good, I enjoyed the the event but i love paintball so maybe that dont count.

I liked the fields and the XL turf as i did in Paris. The amount of parking space was cool, the tech tents and air stations where in a good position.

and... for the bad. I thought the layout was stupid, the fact that you had to lump your kit bag round all the trade tents through the trade village down through to the kitting area and to your table. The marshals where fine on some field but out of order on the others (watch one4one campaign cup trailer of arsneal at start gate at end).

HOWEVER - most of all, number 1 on my complaint list is.... THE PRICES OF FOOD hah i cant belive how stupid the prices where.. i mean people need to eat and there was no where to go and get something.

But anyways well done to all the teams and that good luck in madrid.

cheers

Didn't play this year but from a watchers point of view.

NEC, great venue easy to get to. Once you got there, where were all the signs?

Parking nice and close, £6 was reasonable, least it was safe. Great trade village good, got me to part with my cash, not hard I know.

Food , not cheap, but a plastic cup of diet coke poured from a bottle, £1.60 !!! The dirty robbing B@stards!

Toilets , not bad. Nearly overcome by Jeys Fuid fumes though.

Viewing areas, excellent. Good views on all the fields.

Play very exciting, we all love to boo the french. Real nail biter between FLC and Squall.

Only moan was how long it took to clean down the fields in between games.

doesnt mean it should be accepted though Mario. I only saw 1 or 2 food wagons, and the food that was being served was burgers and all that cr@p, a real athletes diet lol.

I dont know if the players had access to other food establishments, but they should have, and it should be no where near as expensive as the food the spectators were subjected to at CC.

Apart from that i was impressed, some exciting games, easy to views fields with the setup of grandstands.

One thing Millenium may want to sort out for next year is the weather..... ;)

I wish I had shot Ollie and earned my 8 pints of coke.

PS dragging gearbags around to the parking lot through the muddy trade area sucked. As did the ref who told me 2 headbands and a sandana is too much :(

I found that the small food van in-between the Dye and Chronic field was a lot cheeper than the large food trailer in the middle of the trade area (where all the tables were). I'm guessing the NEC rather than CC was supplieing the food.

E.G Tea £1.10 or £1.40
