Hoi Lam

Anyone know someone called Hoi Lam, that may be waiting for some Valken V-Tac gear. Possibly in the Portsmouth area ??

Im asking as a friend of mine seems to have received it by mistake and we are trying to find who he is to get it to him. Doesn't appear to have come from any of the UK Stores from what he can tell though.
