HI/LO pressure

Hey,
Im abit confused not sure whether my bottle is hi or lo pressure ? how can i tell ? the bit the guage is on is red and says 5000 . i think its hi but not sure could any one help

Depends on the make, do you know which reg make you've got?
If its a crossfire:
Blue reg = low pressure
Red reg = High pressure

If its a PMI:
Red reg = NORMALLY MEANS High pressure BUT it was bought 2nd hand ask the seller, as they might of changed the spring over to Low Pressure.
