I am understanding that i need a different barrel but which one ??

Ive seen a Tippman 14 inch snipe barrel ? or the Flatline barrel

But ive also seen Dye/proto and ive seen the Stiffi barrel as well ???

What sort of paintball do you play? I'd be inclined to recommend a 12" alloy tube of some sort, aim for around a .692 bore to start with and a bit of porting. No need to go too fancy so Proto, CP or Stiffi ok, but if you play in the woods Stiffi might be a bit fragile.
The flatline puts a backspin on the ball for more range, works well but can be paint fussy and if you get a break it sucks, so perhaps look at the Apex barrel from Ben Tippmann. I'd stick with a plain tube to start with though:)

As for accuracy- lesson one is GET GOOD PAINT!

You'll get better shots from a stock barrel with good round paint than from a £100 barrel with crap.
