Sorry to say you may not have had such a deal as you may have been told
Ipg are the street sales branch of delta force

Some of their sellers are not so honest as others, but ipg are more honest then other ticket organisations that there have been

Ipg tickets are valid for delta force sites, and you may have been told how much you are saving on the full cost of paintball or that all you get is entry and about 100 paintballs. It will still cost for the extra paintballs to last the day
You may have been required to buy a number of tickets, which is fine if you can get a group of the right size but if not then you lose out on the extra tickets youve already paid for

Most often tickets have gone for about £10, I believe they are now going at about £6.99
You get told that it covers your gun, overalls and goggles (possibly lunch) and some paintballs
But you're going to get all of that anyway

What realy matters is the total cost, for the average person you're going to want 500 or 1000 paintballs and the day will cost around £30 or £50 depending on the amount of paint you use
1000 balls is a good amount for a day, and is usually the optimum amount costing about £50

Instead of buying entry tickets you could have contacted a site and booked a group, pre-ordered some packages at the £30/£50 prices and possibly gained a further discount depending on the group size

Delta force have a varying reputation depending on the point of view
They are experts at what they do and have some very good sites
Individual sites can vary depending on the staff and management

Look up your local delta force sites (make sure they are genuine Df sites if you wish to use the tickets, but independant sites have honoured other companies tickets because of dodgy sellers)
Find out the prices for paint and plan the day
If children are involved then make sure the management know your budgets before all the money is spent buying 100 paintballs at a time

O dear maybe was the wrong thing to do you sure know your stuff and what you are talking about he did say it had a 15 day money back so think would be the best thing and then follow your advice which is much appreciated. Reading through what you have said you are right as my son always uses 1000 paintballs or more each time he plays so therefore that would be an extra ten pound so really when I think about it the tickets rant that much of a great deal!

Does he play walkons or has he still been playing 'punter' games?
If still playing punter sites, what's your region (not touting for a date, honest!)
Someone can point you to a good site

He (or you, being the bank of mum) can save a lot by playing walkons, but the game will always extend to the pocket

(For your first ever game I wouldn't necessarily recommend a walkon - they can be a bit intense for a first timer, but it does depend on the crowd)

The alternate is events - pay more for the game fee, and less for paint, but some great experiences are to be had
Some are very family friendly, such as paintfest which is a full summer weekend with additional activities and you could come and not play the main game - or you could
(Possibly avert your eyes from your son at the player party , but it's all just fun)

He usually plays in messingham in lincolnshire. He seemed to always like it there but wanted somewhere different for him. But it is close to home which is good. He just usually msges the guy to say how many will be going and if he wants half or full day. They are good people there. I dont know if u class that as a walk in or not. Suppose u would to be fair
