Hi all new to the game...well sort of.

Hi all used to play years ago but now I'm not as young as I was I'm 46 so feeling my age but now I want to jump back in but I'm feeling a bit outdated so to speak. From what I've seen it's a young guns game so am I going to look a numpty picking up a marker again or would you say I would be accepted back just as one of the boys? Looks like a great forum looking forward to speaking to you all.

Never too old but I'd personally reccomended going the scenario/walk-on route. No pressure, do it for the fun and there are lots of great well run events these days.

Hi, I thought a bit like that when I started back up, but to be honest it was no problem at all getting back into the swing of things sure the spare tyre has grown limiting the speed and it takes a day or two to be able to walk straight again but the people in the game are all still pretty laid back and welcoming.

Came back to the sport at 42 and will be 45 two days after the first round of the CPPS tournament. Although it is a young guys game there are enough divisions to find a level you can compete in. Although with my age and weight I am never going to make a snake player I can happily hold my own on back centre and will be giving race to 2 a go this season. I still enjoy a spot of woodsball but don't think your age will stop you playing a bit of supair if you want to give it a go. I'm not the oldest in our team either
