Hey there guys , My names Adam and I'm from the west mid's.

Currently getting back into paint ball after a long and very boring educational break (College)
and now with a decent income I can finally play again!

I used to be mainly focused on Woodsball/Milsim but recently I've taken a liking to more professional tournament style markers (Mainly the proto reflex 2013)

So what I'm here to ask you guys is what your views on the Proto reflex 2013 and some of the pros cons of the marker are.

Also I'm looking for a suitable air tank as well and I'm wondering if a 4500Psi tank will be suitable for this marker.

If anyone could give any insight on this it would be great .

Cheers!

Welcome back mate.

I've no direct experience of the Reflex so can't help you there. Regarding air tanks, there is no difference in terms of gun suitability between a 3000 or 4500psi tank, that figure just determines what pressure air can be held at within the tank itself (with higher pressure tanks offering more shots per fill for a specific size tank). What determines suitability for use with a particular gun is the regulator attached to the tank and the pressure that it outputs air at. Most modern markers seem to require a high pressure (HP) output reg, rather than a low pressure (LP) output reg. Actual output pressures vary between manufacturers, but a rough average output for a HP reg is 750-800psi.

From a quick bit of google-fu, the Reflex should work fine with a HP tank. So you'll be looking for a 4500 bottle with HP reg.
