Before I go any further, I would like to apologize for bringing this to the forum.

Ok, I ordered my copy of WPG back in October. My bank statement has $5.21 charged on 12/20/2001 to Aceville Publicacolchester. Why it is $5.21, I don't know. Wasn't it advertised at $4.99 with shipping and handling included?

The last time I asked about this, I was told to wait until the end of the week and then contact you again if I did not receive my copy.

Could you shed some light on my situation please?
