Some leather shoes ya could wear in the bath etc til they were soaked then walk round til they are virtually dry and that would stretch em... but yer feet would itch for ages ... but most cleats aren't leather anymore.. suppose ya could try soaking them and then packing em full of cloth or something even more uncompressable then pull the laces up tight around it to stretch... and keep tightening over the course of em drying.... watch the lace fixings tho... make sure they don't pop outta the leather... or whatever they are made of. I'd only try it with leather to be honest.

Expandable shoe trees (shoe stretchers) may work for you but as already said the DYE cleats are made of the wrong sort of material.
If you can't find any to buy, look for an OLD style shoe shop as they should have some to be used (for a small charge)
