Help!!!!

is the message i get when i try to change my avatar. so can anybody tell me what it meant and more importantly, what to do so i can change my avatar.....

It said that to me once......I left it, tried again the next day and it worked.....hay presto my avatar was changed

Dunno the actual reasoning behind it tho

well its been like that for ages now, i had not tried to change it for ages up until a month ago so its been telling me that for a month now.
