Help with Millenium Series!

If you wanted to play abroad whats the best advice in sorting it out?
Do you just book in and organise your own accomodation and flights
or
are there all included packages that the tournaments sell?
any help would be greatly appreciated

got to do it all yourself m8 although most tourneys will give you the names of local hotels

but if surely the teams all bought together they would get some sort of discount?
